Using Autodesk Revit/MEP and Navisworks software for clash detection, SMA develops MEP & FP system models for Commercial, Educational, Industrial, Institutional, & Governmental buildings. These drawings are fully interactive and suitable for real-time construction applications and presentation. Showing architectural and mechanical elements as designed and coordinated.

CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION DRAWINGS

Using Autodesk Revit/MEP software, SMA develops 2D coordination drawings from the 3D/BIM model. These drawings show all the required LOD (Level of Detail) needed to fabricate and install equipment, ductwork, piping systems and

electrical systems.

AS-BUILT AND EXISTING CONDITIONS

Drawings are developed for record purposes and for facilities management use.
SMA can establish database links to or with manufacturer website for interactive maintenance.
