Director of Electrical Engineering / Associate Partner

Responsibilities include directing electrical engineering operations, overseeing company project scheduling, and managing multidisciplinary MEP/FP projects. Additional focus on leading the design and delivery of engineering solutions while maintaining high technical standards and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Robert is the Mechanical Department Head and Associate Partner at SMA, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the design and management of mechanical building systems. he leads the firm's mechanical engineering team, overseeing project execution, quality control, and staff development. Rob delivers innovative, energy-efficient solutions for clients across multiple industries. His technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to client service are key to SMA's continued success.
